PivotOne was founded by Myrna DeJesús, a Puerto Rican marketing strategist with over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of strategy, culture, and communication.

Myrna has led high-stakes marketing and communications engagements across healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail, financial, and media industries — partnering with organizations that need rigorous, culturally grounded strategy to reach Hispanic and multicultural audiences throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. She works with multicultural renowned ad agencies, bringing a senior level of analytical precision to every PivotOne engagement.

Her work is bilingual, bicultural, and informed by 25 years of direct research with Hispanic families and communities. In 2026, she published No Serás Una Carga, a first-of-its-kind brain health guide for Hispanic families — a project that reflects the depth of research and cultural commitment she brings to every client engagement. The book has opened national conversations with AARP, the National Hispanic Council on Aging (NHCOA), and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation.
